Here’s the Box Breakdown
Our first glimpse inside our LiveGlam ShadowMe package. Everything is super secure and we love that they add that foam for extra cushion!
So show us what you got!
This month’s theme is “Marbled L.A.” and is inspired by the “City of Angels” herself!
Inside they give us the skinny on each of the shadows in this palette.
And the reverse tells us about this month’s theme as well as the subscription.
The Palette
The palette arrives in a slide out sleeve and is made of a durable cardboard material. We think the appearance is gorgeous and LOVE that it comes with a mirror. The products from ShadowMe are cruelty free, vegan and are made right here in the USA. We couldn’t find any information about the weight of the palette or the size of the pan but we love that all this is under $20!
Our six colors include 2 shimmers and 4 mattes. While this is L.A. themed we think this is gorgeous for fall and totally motivates us to create some beautifully warm and rich fall looks!
Our first shade is Malibu a creamy white that is perfect for highlighting the brow bone.
Next pan is Venice Beach. A nice nude for your transition area.
Next is Santa Monica. This is a stunning color and would look good used in a lot of different ways (keep reading for swatches)!
Then there is City of Angels. The first of our shimmers. This is a beautiful, bold, gold (they say silver but we see gold?) and will add the perfect amount of pop to the center of your lids.
Hollywood is our other shimmer and is our absolute favorite. A little more understated than City of Angels, this shadow goes on LIKE A DREAM!
The final pan in this palette is called Beverly Hills and is a rich, warm, coffee color. Would be great for a smoky eye!
Swatches
From the top and working our way down we have: Malibu, Venice Beach, Santa Monica, City of Angels, Hollywood and Beverly Hills. As you can see they are pretty stunning!
So in summary
Presentation: Everything arrived in excellent condition and was carefully packaged.
Quality: We really like these shadows and think that they are easy to apply as well as blend.
Curation: While the theme was L.A. here in Pennsylvania we’re feeling the fall and think these colors are warming us up! Beautiful month from them!
