They’ve recently changed the packaging from a white glass bottle and white dropper to this salmon colored glass bottle and white dropper. NAT was sent this product at no cost for review purposes.
Perfect Canvas Primer Review
Okay so this primer isn’t new to my collection. I had the old packaged bottle and I’m torn on which I like better. The smell is still the same and the formulation as far as I know is exactly the same.
This product is lightweight and gives skin a good amount of mattification. So if you are really oily this might be a great option for you… but even for myself who has dry skin I don’t look at this and feel like my skin looks dry. I also LOVE the smell. It smells literally like a cloud… if that makes any sense at all.

As with all REN products this is cruelty free, sustainably sourced and sustainably packaged and great for all skin types. In fact something I think is really cool is that any of their plastic bottles are made with OCEAN PLASTIC! How cool is that!
So let’s wrap this up
Who’s this for? Anyone looking for a great everyday primer – particularly those with more oily skin. As the price is a bit high on this I’d imagine you’d have to be looking for a clean product. But considering this fits into a lot of different categories it fits in really well. It’s a high achiever as a primer and it’s clean and it smells great naturally! I enjoy using this!
