Something that I really like are products that work double duty! Cue in the True Match Eye Cream in a Concealer from L’Oreal. This not only conceals your under eye area but also has 0.5% hyaluronic acid so it combats the signs of aging at the same time. This concealer also comes in 14 different shades (I’m reviewing n1-2 fair pale) and retails for $11.97. They kindly sent this over to me free in exchange for review.
Makeup Review
So this comes in a standard plastic tube and is 0.4 ounces. The look at first of this shade seemed light but let’s try it out.
Ingredients
This is usually the part that I put the ingredients… particularly if I’m doing a skincare review. I’ll just say this… if you are concerned with having no icky stuff in your makeup… this is probably not the product for you. If you are cool with that, carry on!
Here it is after I first laid it down. As you can see on the right edge you can see my vein that’s going to be my test spot! Let’s see how this blends out!
My initial impression of the color was wrong.. clearly!
Here it is after I patted it out. You literally can’t see my vein anymore which is kind of crazy. I will say the formulation is really creamy and when I used this on my under eye area I definitely had to set it with powder so it wouldn’t cream but it looks great on and it doesn’t oxidize. I love the fact that they have combined parts of my skincare routine with my makeup routine. This wholly makes my day a little bit easier by eliminating one step – this Mom will take it!
