Subscription Box Unboxing
Subscription Box Review
My first glimpse inside the Lipstick Junkie Box for March.
Everything that came in my box from Lipstick Junkie for March.
So what is all this stuff?
My box insert.
The reverse tells us what we received in this month’s box along with their retail values.
Memi Makeup Satin Luxe Lipstick in Date Night
$16
The first lipstick in our box for the month is a holdover from last month. This lipstick in the color “Date Night” is a pretty pink that will add a beautiful pop of color to the lips. I absolutely love this spring loaded dispenser and metal packaging!
The color is pretty and perfect for spring. The finish of this lipstick is a pretty satin.
Here it is swatched and I personally think this looks even more gorgeous on the skin! It’s such a wearable color!
Spoiled Lips Cosmetics Liquid Lipstick in Evergreen
$11
Next up in the March Box is a fitting and fun shade from a new to me brand, Spoiled Lips Cosmetics. This is Evergreen and if it isn’t ever green, I don’t know what is! I love the packaging and the pink is a cool stray from the usual.
This smells a bit like cupcakes and has a nice doe foot applicator.
Here it is swatched and I will tell you that this is long wearing! It took a couple swipes to build it up but it lays nicely!
Laritzy Cosmetics Holographic Lip Gloss in Aura
$16
The final item in my box for the month is probably my favorite! This holographic lipgloss is from all natural and cruelty free Laritzy Cosmetics. It’s hard to see how beautiful this is until you put it on the skin though!
This color has an almost opalescent purple sheen to it!
This would be the perfect topper to any of your favorite lipsticks for a fun bit of sparkle on any night on the town!
So in summary
Presentation: Everything was packaged well and arrived to me perfectly in my March Box from Lipstick Junkie. I do love how they theme the boxes for the season / month.
Quality: I adore that they source the lipsticks from different independent cosmetic companies. You can tell that these brands put their whole heart and soul into their products.
Curation: For a March Box I thought the selection was excellent. The green fit with St. Patrick’s Day while the pink was a fresh pop for spring!
Box Economy: For the price of this box ($18) I received $43 in products which is a great deal
