Recipe #1: Broccoli-Almond Naan Pizzas with Bocconcini Pearls & Almond-Topped Green Salad
Cooking time: 20 minutes
Servings: 2
All the ingredients were provided for us to make the meal. The only things we needed from our pantry were the olive oil and salt & pepper as well as the baking equipment.
The instructions were very straight forward. Some chopping, some mixing, some frying then assemble and cook as instructed.
Our meal was only a serving of 2 but we stretched it for our family of 4 with some additional ingredients for the kids.
Add the simple toss salad and we have a delicious meal that the whole family loved!
This meal had a healthy and enjoyable twist to the traditional pizza. Who knew you could put broccoli and almonds on a pizza?! This recipe has opened our eyes to the many different combinations for making our weekly pizzas and flatbread.
Recipe #2: Cod Meunière with Tomato, Caper & Lemon Sauce and Sautèed String Beans & Potatoes
Cooking Time: 30 minutes
Servings: 2
This meal was only meant to be for two people so we added more string beans and potatoes to feed our family of four. I love easy it is to double the recipes to feed more people.
Another delicious and very straight forward meal to make. The whole family enjoyed it, even though the cod didn’t quite work as planned in the recipe. It still tasted great!
Recipe #3: Seared Chicken Topped Salad with Quinoa, Cranberries & Honey-Dijon Vinaigrette
Cooking Time: 25 minutes
Servings: 2
Recipe #4: Tomato & Chickpea Coconut Curry with Wilted Greens & Warm Garlic-Naan Wedges
Cooking Time: 20 minutes

So easy, even my nine year old daughter could make dinner with very little help.
Verdict: As a family we are always on the lookout for new dinner recipes that the whole family will eat and enjoy. Often when we find delicious looking recipes on the internet, they require a lot of prep time and a variety of ingredients that we don’t have readily available in our pantry. Goodfood has taken those challenges out of the equation by providing us with absolutely all the raw ingredients and spices that we normally would have to go shopping for at the grocery store. Each of our recipes this week is very simple, with no more than six steps and pictures of each step. Even our nine year old will be helping us make dinner all week! I am so thankful for Goodfood box. It has expanded our creativity for dinners and given us some great new ideas to make for future meals. The best part of Goodfood is that you don’t have to plan what to make for dinner each night… grab a bag and get cooking!
