Once I heard about Frock Box I could not wait to give it a try!

I have a hard time shopping for myself and don’t really enjoy all the work of trying clothes on at a store. I get overwhelmed with the amount of clothes and which stores to shop at. Often I wished someone would just go out and buy me clothes they think would look great on me and I’d look amazing and trendy!

In my Frock Box Favorites I received two shirts, one sweater, one dress and one pair of jeans.

Each Frock Box comes with list of your items, the sizes and the price of each item. It includes your total if you were to keep all the items in your Frock Box.

There is also a lovely personalized note from your stylist explaining why she chose the selected items for you, a break down of how much you will be charged for the items you keep, the process you must take if you return any items, and the date you must return items by before you are charged.

Two Tone Knit Cardigan in Charcoal – $59

I love this, it is so warm and comfortable. Initially, I was planning on keeping it, but then after a day or two I tried it on again and I just didn’t feel like the colour was quite right for me and it didn’t go great with the rest of my wardrobe. I do have a few other black sweaters which I felt I would wear a lot more.

LA Royal Blue Top with Lace Open Back and Trim – $49

I love the lace open back and trim, the blue is not my normal colour but I was open to trying it. I thought it looked pretty good but it was a bit short and thin. Not really what I would be wearing around during this cold Canada winter.

CC Raglan Floral Baseball Top

This shirt caught my attention right when I opened the bag… I know I would love it! I love stripes and really wanted a floral print shirt. It is super soft! My only disappointment is that it is very long, I like long, but I almost feel like I need to tuck it in in the front. I wonder if it will shrink in the wash?

I am keeping this! 🙂

CP Midrise Shaper in Dark Wash – $59

I love these jean! I wear jeans a lot, but was in desperate need of a new pair of skinny’s to fit under my boots. I was sent these in a size smaller than I wear and was pleasantly surprised that they fit so perfectly and were so comfortable! These are now my new favorite jeans!

I am keeping these! 🙂

Short Sleeve Floral Print Dress in Navy – $59

When I first saw this dress in my bag, I thought instantly I would not like it at all. Then I tried it on and it fit so perfectly and looked cute, I was almost tempted to keep it. It would be a perfect winter dress. In the end I decided I really don’t have anywhere I would wear it and the colours really aren’t my favorite.

Verdict: I love my first FrockBox! I may only have kept two items this time but the clothes I did keep I absolutely love! They are so comfortable and make me feel great! It was such a fun experience getting clothes personally selected for me sent to my door (on a Sunday, I might add!) All the clothes are great quality and very comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised that all the sizes of clothes I received fit me perfectly!  It was a hard decision to not keep all the clothes. Some of the clothes were a bit more expensive than I would normally have paid for the items, but I am also not use to shopping for myself and I understand that sometimes when shopping from small, local, Canadian businesses, the costs are a bit more. The whole process is so easy and effortless, I would definitely recommend every women try Frock Box! It was like a dream come true having new clothes picked for me. Now to convince my husband that I need another box next month for Christmas! 🙂
