Our first glimpse inside the April Culture Carton Subscription Box. We see right away some items that we are super jazzed for!
Everything that we received in this “Kafka” themed assortment. This month Culture Carton focused on sending items that would keep your valuables safe while looking as good as possible. Couple favorite brands in here … and we are NOT mad about it at all!

The Metamorphosis by Franz Kafka

Sometimes we feel really under read when we continuously receive books we haven’t read in our Culture Carton Box (to be honest it’s a really good thing). But this month we received a book that we have read and LOVE. This is a Penguin Modern Library Edition and is stunningly translated.
The book follows Gregor who wakes up one morning a BUG. The book is silly in one aspect because obviously this isn’t something that could happen but touches on real feelings likes loneliness and isolation which Gregor feels as people detach themselves from his life. Wonderful book, and if you haven’t read it please do, you won’t regret it!
Dr. Squatch Soap

Dr. Squatch is a favorite of our husband’s and this box included their Crisp IPA 5 ounce soap bar. This smells citrusy and fresh but not overwhelmingly so. Our husband loves this soap because despite it being an all natural type bar it is easily removed from the skin (which is a total pet peeve of his). We personally just love their formulations.
Kiko Leather Step Up Wallet

In the past we’ve received some gorgeous items from Kiko Leather in our Culture Carton Boxes. This month they stepped up their game by including not one but TWO items! The first item is this brown leather wallet. The first thing we noticed is the cool toned color which is wholly uncommon.
It has that rustic, used feel but is sturdy as well as durable.
This is just a cool wallet in our opinion. It’s minimal and not your standard ruddy brown or black color and is made with QUALITY! Excellent addition to this box!
Kiko Leather Card Holder

Not all occasions require a full wallet though and some clothes don’t allow for it either. So Culture Carton did a cool thing and sent an alternate cardholder in addition to the wallet. This is perfect for times you’ll have to have your debit card or ID in a jiff and for nights out when you don’t need all the stuff in your wallet weighing you down!

Quality: This subscription box for men has no lack of quality. The Kiko products are phenomenally made as well as the soap!
Curation: This Kafka Box did an excellent job of delivering items that for sure keep our items safe and the soap (we’re stealing Culture Carton’s own clever words) will keep you as fresh as your financial situation!
