Barielle is America’s original nail treatment brand and they sent me over a bottle of their “Hint of Tint” moisturizing treatments to try out for you guys. This line comes in three different shades and works to moisturize and nourish the nail during the life of your manicure. NAT received this product at no cost for review purposes.
Barielle Review
So I received the “Hint of Pink” shade there’s also “Hint of Nude” and “Hint of Tan”. Each bottle has .45 ounces of product and retails for $9.90. The formula uses Prosina, a patented ingredient that uses hydrolyzed keratin to strengthen nails and improve growth as well as elasticity. The formula also includes a couple hydrating and moisture retaining natural ingredients like vitamin E and tea tree oil. Additionally this product is cruelty free as well as 7 free (no formadahyde, dibutyl phthalate, toluene, formaldahyde resin, triphenyl phosphate, xylene or camphor).
I wasn’t sure exactly what to expect from a product like this and I was pleasantly surprised with the performance! This is a high impact color with lots of shine – I thought it would be a lot less opaque. The opacity is definitely there and it does have a hue of pink in it. The polish itself smells a lot like other polishes and applies a lot thicker meaning a little bit goes a long way. It dries relatively quickly and leaves nails looking really pretty. Personally, I always have trouble with my nails cracking and peeling (even though I’m pretty sure I take enough vitamins to fuel an army) and after using this for a couple weeks my natural nails look amazing. I can’t say enough good things about this product.
Who’s it for
I would recommend this for anyone who likes the colors it comes in and wants to get their nails healthy and nourished. They do have more “Hint of” shades (four in total) however they do not include the Prosina ingredient that makes this product so unique. I love this product and think you will too!
