So you’re probably asking yourself what about this CBD makes it my favorite. Well it’s a combination of things, first it’s the way it helps me sleep. It’s isn’t a crash but it definitely puts you in a more relaxed state. It’s also excellent for anxiety. If you have a certain time of the day that you know is hard for you taking one or two of these prior will definitely help. Finally the Curcumin Bioperene Complex is great for inflammation and cleansing. Curcumin and Bioperiene are fancy words for Turmeric and Pepper FYI.
Every bottle comes with 60 capsules which is equivalent to a 30 day supply. I suggest starting with just one and working your way up to two. I take mine around 8 o’clock. Something else that you might want to take note of and the only thing you’ll need to look out for is that when you first begin taking these they can be a bit hard on your tummy so start out taking them on a full belly if you can. Other than that these are amazing and I highly suggest for people that suffer from anxiety issues
