Subscription Box Review
Our first glimpse inside the April Craft of Faith Box.
Everything that we received in our Craft of Faith Package. There are 4 different craft projects in total.
So what is all this stuff?
Our box insert
Inside they explain to us the premise of Craft of Faith.
Each package from Craft of Faith contains a pack of 4 Crayola Crayons.
Our first craft is based around Proverbs 3:5 “Trust in the Lord with all your heart and he will make your paths straight”. In it we received our printed paper with our cutout hearts, a popsicle stick that is green a circle to attach each of our hearts too and a brad to clip them together. This craft demonstrates a windmill of all the paths the Lord will lead your to.
Our second craft is based around Acts 4:12, “Salvation is found in no one else. For there is no other name under Heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved.” We received a rope, cottonballs, string and crayons to complete this craft. The point is to express that everything is derived through Jesus.
Our third craft is based around Genesis 15:5, ” Look Up at the sky and count the stars so shall your offspring be”. This craft represents that God will keep his promises and includes 1 black board, 3 foam sheets ( silver, gold and green) and a printed sheet with designs. We end up with a star filled sky! This is a really neat craft!
Our final craft for the month is based on Psalm 27:1, “The Lord is my light and my salvation whom shall I fear? The Lord is the stronghold of my life – of whom shall I be afraid?” it teaches children to not fear because the Lord is their light. This craft has them complete a sun which is really fitting. To complete this they received multi-colored paper triangles, 2 paper discs, 2 brads, 5 gold ribbons and 1 rectangular piece of paper.
So in summary
Presentation: We love that each of our crafts are individually packaged and everything arrived to us perfectly.
Quality: We think they do a great job of wrapping the entire lesson up into the craft – it really gets the point of the activity across.
Curation: Each of our lessons taught something new and unique and brought something a little different to the table and we like that!
